If I could give 10 stars I would! I inquired about some work attire and embroidery. The turn around time from creating the digitized logo, getting the approval, ordering the garments, and getting them finished was less than 2 weeks. It would have been faster too but I waited on my end for approval. The staff is helpful, joyful and kind. You truly can tell that they work for owners who treat them well. I have purchased personal items in the past and have always been so happy with them. Great place to shop for gifts as well or for yourself!! If I am correct this business started as a way for the owner to honor his mom who fought pancreatic cancer, that says all I need to know about him. :)

Jupmode. Is. Amazing. Everyone I have encountered has been so kind and helpful. I have worked with them for years, specifically Frankie Sara, and we place very large orders consistently, and him and his team are able to support our needs with ease! This is a great place if you are looking for cute Toledo pieces, but even better if you are looking for customized pieces! I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Jupmode made a custom tshirt for me this Christmas, remaking an old tshirt from a spot my family vacations. The process was easy and efficient. The shirts turned out great. I’m very happy with them. Can’t wait to see what my family thinks when they open them. Highly recommend Jupmode for any custom projects in addition to all they already sell.

I recently placed an order and there were some shirts that didn’t look quite right. I was willing to take the ones that were fine and have the messed up ones redone. They willingly replaced the entire order for me. I’m extremely happy with the new batch. They look fantastic. The customer service is excellent and they made this right for me. I’m thrilled to support a local company and I will be placing more orders in the future.

UPDATED 10.7.25 Logan and the Jupmode team put allot of time and effort into resolving this situation. Logan was attentive, receptive and followed through with what he promised. I was able to get the correct size sweatshirt in time for the Cedar Creek 30 year celebration weekend and wore it proudly alongside hundreds of others. I appreciate the extra time and effort Logan and Jupmode invested to provide an exceptional customer service experience. This commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is clearly why Jupmode has been and will continue to be successful in Toledo and beyond. Anyone who values high quality clothing, unique designs, a clean beautiful store, attention to detail and customer service, ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to visit Jupmode. They definitely do not disappoint. End of updated review. 10.7.25 A few months ago, I ordered a sweatshirt that Jupmode was selling for a limited time for an occasion happening at my church. I didn't open it immediately because the church event isn't until October. I recently opened the sweatshirt and Jupmode sent me the wrong size and therefore I will never wear it. It's enormous and a size I have never ordered in any clothing before because I have never worn that size. Since the merchandise was being sold for a limited time and I didn't open it immediately, I feel like I'm stuck with it and wasted my money on something I will never wear because I trusted Jupmode would send me the size I ordered.

I love Jupmode! I've purchased their tees and sweatshirts for years and this year, they helped me create some great sweatshirt swag for our annual team retreat! Logan was fun and easy to work with and the price was right! Also, they got my order done in about a week. My team loves their new, supersoft sweatshirts!
